The service

Idus brings projects, tasks, notes, group chat and an AI assistant together, on Android and the web, with sync between your devices. The Idus team builds and runs it. These terms are an agreement between you and Nadir Miry, sole proprietor, operating Idus (the operator).

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep your codes private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account is meant for one person.

Free days and subscription

Every account starts with 7 free days, from the moment you sign up. No card is asked for, and nothing is charged. When you decide to subscribe, Idus costs $5 per month or $48 per year, and the first payment is taken straight away: subscribing and being charged are the same moment, so there is no later surprise. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time, in the app (Settings, Subscription) or from the links in any Paddle receipt; cancelling stops the next payment and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Any charge can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked. The 7 free days are given once per account and are not extended. When the free days end without a subscription, four things need one: Idus in a browser, the @Idus assistant, sharing your own projects with other people, and attaching new files. Everything else stays free on the phone app, with no limit and no time: your projects, tasks, notes and goals, the calendar and its reminders, syncing between your devices, projects other people share with you, and exporting everything you have made. Nothing you wrote is ever deleted for not paying.

Your content

Your content belongs to you. You give us only the rights needed to operate the service: storing and syncing your content, showing it to the people you invited, and processing it with the AI assistant when you ask for that. You are responsible for having the right to store and share what you put in Idus.

Acceptable use

Do not use Idus for illegal content or activity, do not try to access other people's data, do not probe or overload the service, and do not abuse the AI assistant. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep Idus fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Export your data regularly if it matters to you (Settings, Data).

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Idus is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Idus and delete your account, with all its data, at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we discontinue the service, we will give you time to export your data.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of residence. If the terms change in a meaningful way, we will announce it in the app or on the website before the change applies.
