Idus brings your tasks, projects and notes together, adds a group chat for the people you work with, and a built-in AI assistant, @Idus, that helps you run it all. On your phone and on the web, always in sync.

See it work
A short demo: create a project, give the tasks deadlines and colors, and watch the list clear itself as you go.
One place
A task app here, a notes app there, a chat somewhere else, and nothing connects. Idus keeps all of it side by side, so the plan, the notes and the conversation never lose each other.
Give a project its steps, put the tasks inside them, and the work stops being a list and becomes a plan. Every task wears how urgent it is as a ring in a colour you chose, so the page tells you where to look before you have read a word of it.

Tasks from every project land here by themselves, as a dot under the day in the colour of their urgency. Drag one to another day and the deadline moves with it. The week starts on whichever day your week starts on.

Goals are not tasks and Idus does not pretend they are. They sit in categories you name, over their own horizon, short, medium or long, and carry how much they matter in the same three colours the rest of the app uses.

The editing bar across the top is the whole of it: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, code, colour, two heading levels. Under the words, checklists that count themselves and real tables you can sort and add rows to.

Any note becomes a notebook from its own menu, and the writing falls onto A5 pages that turn, with a cover on the shelf and a page number at the foot. Every line stands on the ruling, whatever it is: a heading, a bullet, a tick box, a quotation, a row of a table.

Share a project and a group chat opens inside it, next to the tasks, so nobody has to say which project they mean. Reply to one message in particular, pin what matters, send files, and call @Idus in when the group needs to know what is actually due.

Ask it to plan the write-up and it writes the steps and the tasks, and puts the deadlines where they belong. Paste in an email or a document and ask for a project, and you get one. Ask it to summarise a note and the summary goes into the note, exactly where you asked for it, without touching a word that was already there.

Your style
Idus follows your system theme, or commits to the one you prefer: two greys for people who find pure black harsh, a warm paper-and-coffee beige, and a greyscale for anybody who wants no colour at all. The urgency colours have their own sets on top, including one with no colour in it.
On the road ahead
A taste of what we are building next, already on the drawing board.
Capture notes and give the @Idus assistant instructions with your voice, hands free.
A map under the Calendar that shows how steadily you finish what you start, day after day: the more you do, the deeper the blue.
A task that comes back every week already works. Next comes the streak behind it: how many weeks running you have kept it, and a gentle word from @Idus on the week you are about to break one.
