Refund policy

The free days cost nothing

Every account gets 7 free days from sign-up, with no card asked for and nothing charged. Subscribing afterwards charges the first payment immediately, which is why the 14-day refund window below matters more than a trial would: it covers that first charge, and every one after it.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time using the links in any Paddle receipt email, or from the subscription section in the app. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, Idus becomes read-only for creation: everything you made stays visible and exportable, forever.

Refunds

Payments for Idus are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued by Paddle in line with Paddle's refund policy. You can request a full refund of any charge within 14 days of the transaction, no questions asked. Contact [email protected], reply to your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle directly, and the refund will be processed.

How a refund arrives

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in, including any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights.
