The free trial costs nothing

Every Idus subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is only charged when the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing at all.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time using the links in any Paddle receipt email, or from the subscription section in the app. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, Idus becomes read-only for creation: everything you made stays visible and exportable, forever.

Refunds

Payments for Idus are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued by Paddle in line with Paddle's refund policy. You can request a full refund of any charge within 14 days of the transaction, no questions asked. Contact [email protected], reply to your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle directly, and the refund will be processed.

How a refund arrives

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in, including any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights.
